Rule Change Proposal Form From time to time rules are adopted which changes the sequence of rule numbering. The rule reference used here is the rule number that appears in the current web site version of the Rule Book.

June 1st is the deadline for submissions for individuals.
September 1st is the deadline for submissions from Affiliates and Federation Committees
